productsreklamation) (PR) im Zusammenhang mit der Verwendung von Zetas Pr\u00fcf- und Marktprodukten <br><br>\nDies ist Zetas Richtlinie alle Vorschriften und Gesetze weltweit in Bezug auf die Meldung von unerw\u00fcnschten Ereignissen, anderen Sicherheitsfeststellungen und Produktbeschwerden ( produktreklamation) zusammenfassend als meldepflichtige Ereignisse bezeichnet) einzuhalten. Patienten, dem ein Zeta-Produkt verabreicht wurde und das nicht unbedingt durch das Zeta-Produkt verursacht wurde.   Ein UE kann daher jedes ung\u00fcnstige und unbeabsichtigte Zeichen (z. B. ein abnormaler Laborbefund),  jedes Symptom oder jede Krankheit sein, die zeitlich mit der Anwendung eines Arzneimittels, Kombinationsprodukts oder Medizinprodukts verbunden ist, unabh\u00e4ngig davon, ob es als mit dem Produkt in Zusammenhang stehend betrachtet wird oder nicht.
